What forms of payment do you accept?

We accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. In addition, we also accept Paypal.

How Do I Place An Order?

Add items to your cart and folow directions for check out.

Do you Ship outside of the United States?

Yes! International tariffs and customs fees apply. They are calculated with shipping at check out.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Yes, most items can be gift wrapped for a cost of $5 each. There are, however, a few items that cannot be gift wrapped: these include large items such as furniture.

We respect your privacy! We will not misuse, sell, or exploit any information provided to us. All of your information provided to us is for the express purpose of processing your order, fulfilling a contest or sending our newsletter via email. You may opt out of the newsletter at any time.. By supplying such information, we will retain only the information needed to complete your order and keep a log for our business transactions. Any information provided to us will not be shared with any other company or 3rd Party.

We protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts (scrambles) information you input. 

Returns & Refunds

At Rustic Roots Design, LLC, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority. We carefully package your shipment to avoid damage, however, it does occasionally happen. 

  • Upon delivery, inspect your shipment!

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.  

  • Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, a replacement or repair will need to be arranged.

  • **Personalized / custom items are NON-refundable!**

If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Product must be returned in unused condition and in it's original packaging. Please include the packslip.

We are not responsible for lost items if tracking deems them 'delivered', your address is incorrect, or there is an error with USPS delivery. However, we will do our best to accommodate any lost, late, or misplaced purchases. Please inquire for signature confirmation or insurance if you like. Additional fees will apply. We often try to recycle materials, you may get a package made of recycled paper, bubble wrap, news paper, tissue paper. . . etc. Please do not be offended! We do what little we can to promote a healthy planet & a sustainable life.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Refunds are processed once we receive the item in its original condition, accompanied by the original packing slip. However, it may take your credit card issuer one or two billing cycles to reflect the credit. We will contact you with confirmation of return. Please remember to include your contact information.
